The cons are the whiny complaining tweenies that don't know what real work is. Be glad you have a job,. Don't like it, there is nothing holding you there. Simply quit and stop complaining.

The company has dug a hole and can not see past the budget. The decisions made by the executives has no long term vision and makes for constant crisis mode. It is all about delivering the bottom line at any and all cost. People, Product and the long term vision all suffer on a regular basis. The facilities are badly neglected with very little reinvestment back into the units.
