      Pros

      I like to think that I am very particular in what I choose to review positively. (Once a previous employer asked for reviews, but I declined to give one as I wasn't pleased with the workplace.) I have never felt so compelled to write a review as I do now. All of the below I have found to be truly exceptional: - Career growth (the number of internal promotions is evidence alone...) - Training and Development opportunities - Co-workers - Work-life balance - Attention to employee satisfaction - Openness to new ideas and change From what I see, everyone is very hardworking but understands when to take a break and have fun - there is an excellent balance to the culture.

      Learn a lot of different skills Pushes your troubleshooting skills The techs in the district are very helpful and look out for one another

      Isn't easy as a new tech to learn how a game works and troubleshoot in a timely manner as they want you to Everything in the store is your responsibility to take care of A lot of paper work thats added on a constant basis Having to write over all the issues into the next day
