Pros

place was clean and had a lot of good policies in place.

Cons

Low pay and frustrating upper management. People often started fights in the locations. ALWAYS understaffed making for very unhappy guests. I would get yelled at everyday by guests. it was miserable. I hated my job, honestly the worst job i ever had.

Pros

-Great friendships with the cast members around you -Food was good -You had great customers that you could build friendly relationships with.

Cons

Oh boy, there was a lot. -Salary: I worked for the company for almost two and a half years before being offered the Opening Coordinator position. Before accepting the position, I was making $15.75. When I was offered the position, I was told I would be starting out at $15. Doesn't make sense, but I took it. Opening Coordinator is no difference than an Assistant Manager (I worked and had the same responsibilities as they did) and after discussing it with the other Managers, they were making over $17. They knew I was getting messed with for pay. -Breaks: As a Manager, I barely got to sit down for any of my breaks. I was always on the go, and scheduling was a mess. We were low on labor and was told to cut people, thus making it where I had to do multiple positions at once. Never getting to do my breaks was highly illegal. -Cast Members were always quitting or never showing up. -District Manager blamed others and never helped. I can go on with so much more, but I HIGHLY wouldn't recommend this company. It wasn't the cast members or the General Managers fault. It was the higher ups.
