fun atmosphere, good people in management & great experience to learn patience in customer service.`

The amount of work it actually took during a full Saturday of all party waves was not at all worth the money made.

I worked for them 35 years as General Manager over the last 5 years the company went completely downhill. ZERO pros

Cons

Long hours, lose vacation pay because they won’t let you take it. Everyone from our terrible CEO down to the district managers constantly talking all GMs across the USA down and belittling them. Took away all perks of working there. Completely takes away all the GMs powers through micromanaging. They refuse to reinvest in they’re properties so the core infrastructure is totally falling apart! Have not one thing good to say about this company.
