Pros

teaches you patience and lets you learn how to manage what money you make. gives you good customer service skills for future employment

Cons

sometimes under staffed and very very busy on the weekends so you must be able to get stuff done in a timely manner and be polite about it at the same time

Pros

Constantly hiring; simple application process; lateral training always available; can earn tips by hosting parties; laid back atmosphere.

Cons

This job attracts lots of teenagers and/or people who either need a temporary job (which means they're actively looking for a better opportunity) or those looking to avoid a job that requires a clean drug test as part of the hiring process. This means that most of the staff are either unreliable, immature, or do not have family to support. So if you are a hard worker, you will end up carrying extra weight with no extra benefits including promotions when they become available. The company prefers to not promote within. There is an EXTREMELY high turnover, and this is primarily due to several factors, one being little incentive to remain loyal to the company. I would not choose this as a career because as a manager you will constantly be training and dealing with new people, most of whom will not stay much longer than a year. All that training is a waste of time and resources, which is a drain on the company as a whole...not to mention morale.

Pros

Making kids smile, You break out of your shell, Making a big group of people laugh during party shows

Cons

Only get discounts on certain platters (usually a small pizza and small order of wings) Chuck E. Suit was literally falling apart had to staple the hands. Management sucked I don't even remember If I was properly trained. I had to learn on my own or by other employees (Which caused me to mess up in the beginning) General manager would make a lot of the girls cry.. lucky I was never one of them. You have to ask for a raise or be a kiss ass your hard work won't get you anywhere Unorganized we had to take out headsets when the store manager would show up
