Pros

Learned a lot about resolving and putting up with guest conflicts. Had guests call me "white B word" more than once. That was for asking one man to please pull his pants up. I'll never be scared of guests ever again.

Cons

Company does not value employees, unsafe guests with weapons and alcohol and drugs. Guests start full blown fights inside and in front of stores. Upper management will not help managers progress career ladder and skills.Company cares more about cutting labor than guest service, quality, or cleanliness. No raises, no hope for raises. Yearly reviews not done at all, or on time if they are done.

Pros

You get to eat for free, when you have the chance. Which you won't because you have to run three areas yourself.

Cons

The company doesn't have a chance of succeeding with current upper management in place. They treat you as if you have no capable decision making ability. You spend all your time writing plans, after plans, after plans all to a moot point because they don't follow your plans just the GM's. Plans.
