Tiresome work with no/little breaks but a lot of food

The food was good and the games that I got to play on break but management really lacks in competency.

Cons

The work is very trivial and getting into the chuck e suit every 30 min is such a degrading thing to do all the time.

Pros

Interaction with children and great young adults. The three plus years I spent with Chuck E. Cheese was ONLY made somewhat enjoyable due to watching kids faces when they see Chuck for the first time.

Cons

Where do I start? CEC runs on "standards", but every region/district are no where near those standards. RVPs/AD/DMs run their area the way THEY want it to be run, regardless of standards. Upper management enjoys to talk behind your back and share personal information to other people. "I don't want to talk about others in a negative way, BUT did you know...." were exact words told to me by my AD. Lets see, your are giving instructions to help you run your store, but the moment you follow them, you are asked why you are doing it the way you were told. I was giving an assignment that the previous person just let fall through the cracks FOR YEARS and I was expected to clean it up overnight.
