Pros

It can be fun depending on who you work with. You get to work around kids. The suit provides a nice break from people.

Cons

Bad hours, bad pay, bad management. Parents think everything that happens is your fault. They do not want to be there. Parents are rude. Kids are bratty. Overall, not a good place to work an hourly job.

Pros

Great bonus plan. Room to advance. Some GMs actaully care about developing the staff. A FEW good DMs.

Cons

DMs and Corporate seem to play by different rules. "We will never sacrifice long term profitability for short term gain" ... except with the greedy DMs that care only about bonus. MUST drink the kool aid to succeed. If you aren't "one of the guys" you will be pushed out. HR is over the top nuts with taking the side of the employee (again, unless you are one of the favorites). Poor support from the DMs.
