Pros

Employees are great. Really nice people to work with.

Cons

Leadership at the Sr. Management level is non existent. Most of the senior management has never worked anyplace else and is terrified of people coming in and changing how they have been doing business. The tribal gaming board is draconian in its judgement and capricious in how they apply it. There is no consistency in their determinations and many are made by opinion with no regard to facts. Organization refuses to pay technical professionals market rate for comparable skills.

A daily grind

Vacation time was great.

Cons

Management literally has no idea what they are doing. They are all home grown, which is not always a bad thing, but no one there has take the time to learn and understand the business. Medical insurance for a family is $700 a month, how they expect you to pay that if you make under $30 an hour is ridiculous. I went to another Casino and pay less that half that for better coverage. The entire employee staff are like a bunch of high school kids that spread rumors about each other, even though they all went to high school together. Worst job I ever had...

Pros

Job stability depending on what department you work under. Do not come to this resort with hopes of being promoted and working your way up . Only employees who stay in the same position for many many many years will be promoted.

Cons

Nepotism . If you have no morals you will do great here.
