A daily grind - Management Chumash Enterprises Employee Review

Management literally has no idea what they are doing. They are all home grown, which is not always a bad thing, but no one there has take the time to learn and understand the business. Medical insurance for a family is $700 a month, how they expect you to pay that if you make under $30 an hour is ridiculous. I went to another Casino and pay less that half that for better coverage. The entire employee staff are like a bunch of high school kids that spread rumors about each other, even though they all went to high school together. Worst job I ever had...
