      Due to their system of promotions, it can be very hard to move up, even if you are performing above expectations and going beyond your job role.

      Some supportive colleagues (if you really look) Exposure to a wide range of tasks Good brand recognition on a CV

      Cons

      Concerns dismissed/hidden by HR rather than addressed. Not interested in doing the right thing, instead doing what is easiest. Lack of trust and transparency, you can confide in good faith and it is used against you. Undermining culture. Favouritism influences how people are treated. The values are just a tick box exercise and are not practiced at all, the pirates of the Caribbean one is insanely cringey and no-one understands why it exists.
