      You have to wear too many hats for the amount of pay you get.. They refuse to hire people and the uncertainty amongst the company right now is concerning

      The company is so far behind when it comes to all things innovation. People are so resistant to change it's impossible to get anything done effectively. Thankfully, the product portfolio is strong, but I feel the company is in its own way.
