Pros

Corporate support from Ewing is good. Professionals in the company are treated well. Support by managers varies a lot depending on who it is.

Cons

stress through an acquisition is tough. The employee morale at the Vancouver site has dropped to an all time low. I think the communication from HR is lacking greatly. Plus lots of ethics issues that are not addressed in Vancouver by the on-site HR.

Pros

Great brands and new products launching annually.

Cons

Overworked. Don't go there if you think it would be easier at a smaller company than a Tier 1 company.
