Pros

Great people who all share the same company values and make the environment a positive one. Genuine feeling of being able to have fun at work as long as your outputs are strong. Team environment where everyone is genuinely happy to pull together and help others out. Flexible working hours and working from home opportunities. Regular company meetings to update employees on what's going on in the company and to share successes/promotions/news.

Cons

Sometimes you feel the US and Europe culture difference and the sense that the US office is where everything happens. Share the negatives as well as the positives. Negatives get out and are whispered about anyway, so better to hear the negatives etc from leadership.

Whilst we never forget any of our amazing Cielo colleagues – wherever they are in the world – we do understand that we have to work harder to ensure that our remote teams feel more included and engaged.
