They will hire anyone for the right price....not really a pro.

Cons

They will hire anyone for the right price. Management is horrible and do not know what they are doing. They work you like a dog and pay you peanuts. Management keeps a chain so tight around the developers that you you'd be hard pressed to go to lunch.

Pros

The people are great, very team oriented and results driven. With so many different types of accounts, there is the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of industries. Also, the access to technology tools is a huge plus.

Cons

Even though we were "dedicated" to one account, in reality, I and many others worked on multiple accounts. This was one of the reasons I left, as it became difficult to prioritize and meet deadlines. I ended up working a min. of 60 hours per week and still feeling behind.

Smart people, great clients and overall a growing, innovative environment. Access to cutting-edge recruitment technology. Easily understood bonus structure based on your own performance and the company performance overall.

Cons

The pace can be overwhelming for some people (extremely fast) however you can learn a lot in a short time.
