Pros

Pinstripe was a great place to get your feet wet in the RPO industry. I definitely learned a lot about the industry, and genuinely enjoyed the work and the people. They have a great ATS system and appreciate and listen to the feedback regarding its development.

Cons

You really have to be on the right team. Unfortunately, the team I was on did not have a great lead. There were no opportunities to develop and grow your skills. Trying to move teams proved difficult if your team lead wanted to keep you.

Pros

Flexibility to do my job and be left alone. A great deal of autonomy if you have the right leader.

Cons

Lack of true connection with Senior Leadership. Overdeveloped sense of self within organization. Habit of promoting those within the organization that should be transitioned out.
