Work life balance. Good work culture.

Cons

Average pay. Not so good RSUs. Can't seem to attract good talent. Some good middle level managers and quite a few not so good.

Great company, great products, and the most innovative technology in the world.

Cons

Just the trend recently to move the core engineering and other support components of the company offshore north and south is troubling. Over the last 20 years I have seen the same trend/balance test between the U.S.A. and other countries; however, after the dust settled and the metrics were evaluated, the U.S. still reverted back to be the core (i.e. mothership). The company is a great company and has next-generation products years before the industry; however, I’m concerned the current trend to move the primary components of the company out of the U.S.A. is a dangerous move and will impact the company overall success…..
