Cons

Can be very cutthroat, especially of late. Company has no problem parting ways if it suits them.

Some nice benefits. Nice people. Fair salary.

Cons

Unlimited PTO - but not really. Manager controls your PTO and sets different limit for different people. No guarantee you will get time off. Over the year, I am getting less than I would working anywhere else while some of my coworkers get 3 times the PTO that I'm allowed to take.
