One of the best company to work for. Best work environment. One can easily maintain his personal & professional life. Good Pay if you consider the companies in NCR region.

Pros

Great benefits. Most positions and managers have a balanced work ethic. Great technology, though not implemented well, too splintered.

Cons

Non-test positions and managers have a better grip on reality. Many ex-cisco test employees and managers, who brought along their 'drag-me-down' mentality that ruined Cisco's work environment. Training is not so great, always behind the curve. Upper management is not involved in the trenches, thus they are mis-lead. HR does NOT want to hear what you really have to say!

Pros

It is a good place to work and learn about the telecom industry. It is a working hours flexible company. Environment is amicable and has good benefits.

Cons

Very fragmented, silos of power are noticeable and not much team work among different departments. Mid management is old with long tenure. That makes them outdated and very difficult to implement new ideas and methodologies, leading to inefficiencies.

Our Talent Acquisition team are working in partnership with our leadership members to provide more diversity to our company, hiring more young talents, women, etc. One of the initiatives focused on young professionals is the Intern Program, started in 2013 in Brazil, where we had 100% success. We have also established partnerships with new universities and brought more women students to the program, as part of our global effort to provide a better gender balance to our business. With the amazing outcome we had in Brazil, now we´re planning to expand it to other countries in CALA, like Argentina and Mexico.
