      Pros

      Good work environment, great engineers and healthy work culture, more like a startup type of setup in North Atlanta. The productivity is very high.

      Cons

      Focus on one technology and not much variation over the years. Due to lack of technical culture in North Atlanta, there is not much happening besides Ciena.
