      Pros

      Very good work culture with practical deadlines. Excellent training and innovative projects. Pays at the higher end than most. Great team to work with. Company is always improving with better business plans over time.

      Cons

      Company is expanding and future path a bit unsure. Team maybe expanded within or outside, to match the business expansion plans.

      I learnt a lot more than I expected to and in spite of being an intern, I had freedom to try out my own ideas.

      Pros

      Independence, I got to pace my work. Co-workers were very helpful. There was always an encouragement to implement my ideas. I got to work on current projects and contributed while learning

      Cons

      I wasn't there long enough to be able to point out glaring cons. I would probably be able to comment better on it if I got to work more.
