      The work environment, it has being a really warm place from the beginning The career opportunities including lateral movements and promotions is the biggest potencial pro to take in account.

      The recruiting process is confusing, especially about the background check included in the process because not all the information is requested through the platform and it's requested outside the application. It does result in a longer process that the habitual

      they pay pretty well and generally look after their salespeople The company is generally doing well and under pretty good sir leadership The cluture is pretty good it's like being in the family when you are there

      North American centric, can be less understanding of European Markets Can be massively over optimistic on sales targeting (like many companies) Highly political environment and can be a bit clickey you have to manage upwards well Process and red tape can stifle innovation - too much red tape and legal/commercial governance from the Nortel MEN acquisition can stifle innovation. Like working for hege global corporate Commercial and legal rule the roost
