      Pros

      Ciena is the Optical Network Solutions Lider Worldwide. A great company to work for with good salary and benefits package. Management as well as the technical teams are great usually holding impressive seniority and expertise, Ciena has challenging and interesting products/technologies, opportunities for career development, work environment, work/life balance and flexibility is acceptable. I've always said they made me feel part of the team since the hiring process.
