Pros
As an RA in psychology department, i was afforded the opportunity to learn a great deal from fellow RAs, graduate fellows and PIs. For what i was doing on the particular grant I was working for, pay was not what it should have been. I did the duties of a study coordinator, but was paid like an RA. The hospital at large supports an excellent academic and research agenda.

was not paid for the job I was doing, but the former title i was given.
