Children's is a very good hospital that does a very good job of caring for sick children.

Pros

Excellent salary, benefits, and work environment. Everyone is very open and receptive to ideas, including management. I recommend this employer with no reservations.

Cons

I have only been working here for a short period of time, but the only downside I've seen so far is parking and the neighborhood in which it is located.

Pros

You receive feedback from your employer every year without fail and I kind of find it useful because you know where you stand in the company and get to know how the management feels about you. Good Benefits and flexibility within the departments and the co-workers are friendly and co-operative.

Cons

No career growth and career advancement. Less importance to promotions/bonuses (everyone across the hospital gets the same bonus without any correlation to your performance)
