Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We would agree that CI truly values employees and is veteran friendly as over 20% of our workforce are veterans! In fact we were just awarded the highest level Platinum award for hiring veterans and recognized this month in Newsweek magazine as a top Most Loved Workplace. We are also proud of our comprehensive benefits program and always looking for opportunities to enhance. We actually just launched an exciting new wellness program that earns incentives by participating last month. We completed a compensation study in the past few years and purchased a National system called PayFactors by PayScale along with participating in a number of salary benchmarking surveys and are confident our compensation is competitive. Additionally, we implemented a new ERP system in 2024 called EPICOR which has replaced older software systems and are getting an updated phone system in early 2025. We have also invested several million in facility repairs and office upgrades over the past three years. However there is always room for improvement! Thanks again and we wish you the best of luck.

Thank you for leaving a review. I am sorry you did not connect with your Director. Hopefully you had an opportunity to talk to them about any issues to give them a chance to solve it. Sometimes a leader doesn't realize there is a problem until you make them aware of the issue. Another way to address a concern is to discuss it with HR as they understand the importance of employee happiness and will do what it takes for you to feel more supported.
