Pros

Very Flexible Schedule. Very negotiable with time off and sick days. Does not require rocket science to do very simple labor focused tasks. Free movies and concessions

Cons

Very repetitive. Gets old after awhile. Entry level job with very low pay. Can get very busy during the holidays and major movie releases.

Pros

Free movie viewings, free soda, free popcorn, and seasonal competitions. It is a great place to work if you love watching and talking about movies, and co-workers and management made the environment a fun place to work!

Cons

The pay is very low, and did not receive appropriate wage increase after taking on new responsibilities as a projectionist. Sometimes there was not enough variation between working concessions and ushering during the week (it's nice to not always have to do the same thing over and over).

Pros

You get free movie tickets, and the work you're asked to do is not particularly difficult.

Cons

Management is not very flexible with accommodating requests for time off and are not especially concerned with keeping consistent good morale alive among employees.
