Pros

the co-workers are friendly, you can definitely make friends there, it's not a difficult job to obtain, you get access to free movies, as well as popcorn and discount on other concession items

Cons

it's hard to get wage raises even if you are incredibly good at your job. few benefits outside free movies, work can be tiresome during busy weekends, and your schedule changes week by week

Pros

Free movies , worked with some great people , discounted food , management experience , resume builder

Cons

If you want to get brought up you to be a favorite of the gm or senior assistants. Hours cut for no reason while señor assistants got doubles. Pay was terrible for what managers had to do. Señor assistants where never punished for stuff they did wrong. On the other hand assistant mangers lost privileges or hours.
