It gives you a lot of opportunities to take on different leadership positions. You also get to experience a lot of different areas and see what you are good at and what you like.
Cons
They are very political. They have favorites and use others as punching bags. They say they are all about listening to their employees and changing but will shoot down and ignore everything that you bring to their attention that needs to be fixed. Overall very toxic environment. Also, work-life balance is not a thing in this company. People work all hours. Also very common to work 12 hours plus days and all hours.
