Instant opportunity to gain experience and responsibility. Great job for learning to work in teams. Good learning opportunities such as six sigma

Cons

Talk a lot about culture for a company with such poor corporate culture. Laid off thousands of employees at the beginning of the pandemic just to have sales reps break records for the year and go into a hiring frenzy in August.

You’re told that you’re seen as a leader of the company, and hear some verbal praise. Unfortunately, the tasks you are given does not quite line up.

Cons

You work as a glorified intern for 2 years, hoping that you’ll be given the opportunity to display your talents. Enter with the promise of being a sales rep after the program, and don’t get an opportunity to sell anything for the first 12+ months of the program.
