Pros

Partners working with you are great depending on your location.

Cons

Long interview process where they don't really share the fact that you are going to be waking up in the middle of the night for shifts. You will be doing intense labor for 12 to 14 hours a day, if you consider that, the compensation is actually not ideal at all. There are times where you will travel and get home late. Even when you get home late you are expected to be back at work at 5 am. Overall the position will sound good and hyped the recruiters and or the people you interview with but in the end you will be overwhelmed almost everyday. Unless you can handle long, dirty and weird work hours that are mostly labor intensive this position is not for you.

Pros

Decent benefits, mostly friendly coworkers, 4 days a week for SSRs, lots of room to grow and be promoted. Safe place to work. If you are very competitive and don't mind blue collar work, this is good spot to land.

Cons

Cold corporate mentality, yet lots of KoolAid. Service management is a boy's club, can be unprofessional. Most managers worked their way up with no college education, some see ambitious young people as job threats. Inner-circle is visible - the GM and 2 or 3 service managers. Politics in the workplace. Lots of aggressive alpha-dog types, prevents cohesion and diversity.
