Pros

I love the people I work with. There is a lot of potential to move up in the company, especially with the rate at which it's growing, both naturally and with acquisitions. The company invests in its partners (at least in my experience in management).

Cons

This varies greatly based on each location and how well it's staffed, but the hours of being a management trainee can become ridiculous. There is a great program for management trainees, unfortunately that program is used as a guideline and you only train on what you have time for. I'm thankful for what the company has taught me, but I've missed out on a lot of my development doing grunt work to fill a need. I'm currently working around 60 hours a week and it's becoming overwhelming. I'm toughing it out because I see the potential to move up quickly after the MT program, but the program needs to be fixed.

Pros

Great experience and responsibility handed to Management Trainees.

Cons

Was not very structured. Was given goals but day to day work was moved in another direction.

Pros

So many opportunities for driven individuals. The sky is literally the limit as long as you have the vision. Access to high level executives from the beginning and invested interest in your career. Company is growing extremely fast so constant need for future leaders.

Cons

Tenured partners can get in your head about opportunities because of how long it took them to get to their level. The pay is competitive at the start but can seem a bit low for the amount of hours you put in. It pays off in the long run though.
