      Pros

      Pay is good but not worth the drama that you will endure to earn it. Benifits and 401k not the best. 10 cents on the dollar for match and insurance is expensive and bare boned.

      Cons

      Tenured partners are aggressive , assertive , and abusive. New people are treated like 3rd class citizens. They flex and abuse thier tenure to manipulate Sr. leadership to get their way. They lie and are always slithering around looking for something to get you on.

      Pros

      The benefits package is very good. The Monday thru Friday work week is nice and able to drive the company work van home.

      Cons

      Long hours expected to work. Upper management like those to drink the corporate cool aid and will make sure they are promoted faster and over the employee who has a better track record of success and the best skill set for the position. If you do your job with great success and ethically but not kissing but you will be overlooked by the under performing person who kisses management's butt.

      Pros

      I've been with Cintas for 4 years now and the company has been very good to me. They pay very well and the friendy atmosphere is second to none. They offer paid time off, 401K, dental, vision and health insurance. They are all about their "partners" and making sure they are healthy and happy. They go above and beyond to offer benefits to their employees to improve their overall health and wellness, including free annual blood and health screenings. They also offer partner perks such as discounts at hundreds of retailers, vehicle discount programs, travel discounts and more. Definitely a great company to work for.

      Cons

      They expect employees to wear many many hats daily. The workload is almost always overwhelming and daunting. The unspoken expectation is that you'll be married to your job and live and breathe Cintas. In most cases the company promotes from within and strong managers help you 'climb the ladder' to success and career progression. However, there are still managers that would rather hold you back for their own personal benefit. Technology is so far behind. This makes simple daily tasks ten times harder than they should be, which in turn causes them to lack in efficiency.
