Decent starting pay and benefits

Cons

Dangerous work environment, discrimination and favoritism, no opportunity to progress in company, managers/supervisors pay little attention to anything, Harassment by co-workers is ignored. Bad conduct is rewarded and hard work is looked down upon. Hiring process takes months. If you get injured on the job, don't expect them to care. Dishonest with their employees. Co-workers were very unfriendly at my location.
