      Pros

      I don't have anything they need to pay more money for what they went you to do

      Cons

      For what they went you to do as your job they don't pay and more you do than they went you to do more . They went you to rush to get more done and if you get hurt or have a accident than they write you up so it makes them look good and they make up rules as they go long and they tell you that you can move up then they lie to you and if you go to the management about anything they found away for you not to move up

      Pros

      Steady income Shift work is DuPont schedule ( 7 days off each month ) Coworkers are friendly and helpful The actual loading work is fairly easy, not physically strenuous

      Cons

      Not much room to move up Hired as loader on shift work but they typically put you on wash rack which is straight days and much harder work. They won't tell you this until you show up for your first day of work. The PVC powder gets EVERYWHERE constantly breathing it in even if you wear a dust mask Other places are paying up too two dollars more an hour doing the exact same thing through the Sam company

      The work hours are reasonable

      Cons

      They just bought G &K services out. Salary is the same but the benefits SUCK! No sick days 401K match is 20 cents to the dollar, company provided life insurance is only$10000. Health insurance premium is HIGH and has HIGH deductibles. This has been a BIG step backward for me!! Also hours were cut back to 32/week
