      Cons

      The primary con in a company of this breadth and depth, is deciding which track to take your career. If you are a hard worker - it can be difficult to decide on the career buffet Cintas offers. If you are not determined to be the best, and work hard at getting there, and be able to listen to and apply constructive criticism - you will not last here.

      Pros

      I am blessed to have a job. There is another post about working at Gadsden and that person is completely wrong. Everyone but 2 ppl have hit their numbers. And those of us making our numbers have made a lot of extra money. I make an extra $70/week bc of the new pay for PERFORMANCE plan. If you don't perform (do YOUR job), why should you get paid? Management is very nice but fair. We have had a new plant manager for the past year, and he is great. He works with us.

      Cons

      In the summer, it can be hot. It's a production env. so you need to know that going in. We do have ac though-the bldg is just very big.
