Business Outlook
Pros
Working for Cintas was a rewarding experience. First, they are pretty dominant and have a good reputation in the Service Industry. Second, the work is rewarding and partners are recognized for their contributions. Finally, there is a lot of opportunity to work your way up and it is a good resume builder.
Cons
Communication among divisions is almost non-existent. The advertising/promotions/marketing is poor. I know the company really doesn't rely on advertising but what little advertisements we did have were a step behind.
