Pros

Steady income, Four day work week, Benefits including health and retirement options, Decent wages compared to some competitors, Personal customer interaction

Cons

Very limited opportunity for advancement, No incentive to work harder (the harder I work, the heavier my workload gets) Cintas pretends to care just enough to keep employees around, poor management at the production/service level (more training)

Pros

Good opportunity for career advancement. Good hiring process, they are selective in who they hire. Good training for certain positions.

Cons

Long hours are needed in certain positions. Middle/upper management cared more about bottom line than helping employees grow personally while working diligently on bottom line. Company frown's upon furthering education, will not assist.

Pros

I have a job that has a steady paycheck. They provide adequate training to achieve job duties at the minimal. Success is about 75% of personal abilities. If you perform they will leave you alone to manage your route. If not the new management will micro-mange until morale causes the SSR to quit. They have do have a good pay structure if you are content with less than 35,000 annually.

Cons

Every time you meet a goal requirement to achieve bonus, they change the plan or corporate policies. Basically this means no bonus; so why try! If they want you out of the company they will get out whether you hit goals or not. The new management has no leadership skills and is under educated in leadership. (They all came from sales background) Perhaps they should have stuck to what they know best, sales and not management. All the good managers were pushed out, maybe because they were a threat to higher senior management. Who pays for the lack of management skill? The customers who get ripped off by constant increase price then quits our service.
