Why to and not to work for Cintas

Pros

Cintas has some of the strongest leadership for any company I have ever worked for. They truley care about all of their employee partners.

Cons

The downside of working for Cintas is be prepared for Corporate personnel to constantly be looking for problems that often don't exist. They take into consideration small complaints too much which opens the doors for front line partners to feel they can control what management stays and which ones go.

Pros

Safety training monthly. Large networking opportunity. Immersion into a strict corporate culture. Opportunity to continue with the company after graduation.

Cons

Poor communication between the management and the employees. Poor communication between the different departments. A willingness for sales managers to use sales employees as a stepping stone. Lack of quality constructive criticism.

Cintas is a great place to start a career. There is a lot of opportunities for advancement. Overall fairly compensated for an entry-level position.

Cons

Upper management makes a lot of money when the partners on the road are doing all hard work. Pay is low.
