      Pros

      4 day work week is the best. Benefits are ok. You must be a peak performer to get your managers attention.

      Cons

      There aren't any current opportunities for advancement at this time in our location. During a service meeting, we (SSR'S) asked what is the next step from a SSR/CRT, they replied, "STC however, we do not have any plans on opening a STC position at this location." The only manager showing up in the mornings are the warehouse manager. The leadership team doesn't even notice a problem when we are shorted over 200 mats for the current days delivery!

      EXCELLENT benefits (medical, vision, life, dental, std, ltd, etc.) - affordable also EXCELLENT development EXCELLENT corporate structure Compensation is better than similar industry

      It's a laundry business You will work extremely hard Compensation plans change annually Several C-level position changes in the last few years

      Pros

      4 Day work week, you're done with your route when you are done (some weeks I only worked 35 hours) but wish my sales team would have grown my route - the salesmen will sell the customer anything and then the SSR is screwed to fix up the mess they made

      Cons

      Impossible to get time off, the GM had a little mans complex and either loved you or hated you - he fired a great Marketing Manager even though he was in the top third of the company for what he got fired for and got our Direct Sales up over projections - can't take vacation during holidays, if you get a small route you could only make 300 a week. Keep hiring outside managers who have never worked hard or run a route their entire life Bleed blue or go home!
