Pros
Great Resume builder, you get a chance to work in different area of the company and learn about all of it. Great benefits these are what they use to attract lower level production employees and it works because they are good. Your job is always changing, there wasn't a role that I was ever bored in.
Cons
Pay isn't anything special, and I feel like management was always trying to pay you less for more work. If you don't have a good GM like any other place you won't have a good management experience. They work you and expect you to drink the kool aid without any loyalty to you. They jam a price increase down their customers throats every year, and really screw the little guy, it's painfull to watch/do.
