      Pay and Car Package are great for a First Sales Job.

      Cons

      You will not make $100,000.00 at this job no matter what math they throw at you. Managment is out of Touch.

      Pros

      Cintas has a good benefits package and stock. To work alone without anyone down your neck all day. Pay is ok, but not the greatest for what they expect .

      Cons

      You will learn to love working long days and dealing with customers who's prices have increased without notice. I have noticed that managment is kinda like "whatever" whenever something comes up, that they dont feel like dealing with.

      Pros

      I feel the best reason to work at Cinats is the fact that your working independently, and for the most part there is no one over you shoulder all day.

      Cons

      The downside to Cintas is the fact that we have to "get over " on the customers and not all of them just the little ones. The bigger your company the cheaper your prices will be. You'll also get less price increases and fewer l/r's ( lost/ replacement) charges. As a driver if I don't get your price increases to stick or if I don't get enough l/r's for clothes, towels, mops, mats and everything else we service it will directly reduce any raise I might get.
