I started working part time at Cinteot as an intern while still in college about a year ago. From the beginning, the interview process was very relaxed, put me at ease, and created a family-like feel. I was able to join a great team and obtain various work experience while building up my resume. I was encouraged to further my education in IT, mainly by Cinteot, who provided study material and paid for certification tests. Once certified, I was offered a full-time remote contractor position that allows for a flexible work schedule and enabled me to continue my education. As a student still in college, the pay and benefits are much better than I expected, with opportunities for growth once I finish school. Within one year, this company has allowed me to go from an intern, to a certified, full-time employee and encourages me to reach my full potential each and every day. Overall, my experience has been extremely positive while working for Cinteot and I will continue to recommend them to others. I look forward to a long and fulfilling career with the company!

Cannot think of any negatives for this company. I wish I would have applied for an internship here before last year.
