A Great Company with Many Opportunities to Grow and Learn
Pros
Cinteot truly puts its employees first whenever possible. They work with each employee to find a position that fits their skillset and is always willing to provide opportunities and avenues to grow and learn. There are also many events throughout the year organized by Cintot to say thank you to the employees, such as a company baseball game, a picnic, and a Christmas party. At Cinteot, I have always felt respected, appreciated, and I have never felt like 'just a number.'
Cons
The only real cons are present in any company where the work is based in contracting. Contracts are limited in scope and time so you can expect the possibility of potentially changing your job/task every few years. Cinteot does its best to mitigate these concerns by keeping the employees informed of any changes and working with them to find another position when a contract comes to an end.
