Unfortunately, I can not confidently say there are any real perks to working for this company

- Abismal family leave policies - No upward opportunity for true talent - Intrusive vaccination policies, even as a fully remote company, for nothing more than a PR facade - If you are looking to work with people who are bright, innovative and excited to grow, this is not the place for you - Many promises made, few to none kept - Constantly boasting about inclusivity but under the hood leaders are as bigoted as ever - Calendars are slammed with back-to-back meetings daily and there is an unspoken expectation that you just work nights and weekends to finish your work, but no compensation will be given for extra time worked - Leadership constantly breathing down employee necks, expecting employees to report and track how they are spending every minute of the day. Takes hours out of the week to compile and report every small task being completed, not allowing teams to get real work done
