Pros

Offers competitive pay (that’s it)

Cons

Do not work for this company under any circumstances. You will work for at least 10 hours and on average 12 hours a day. Management will rather demean you and implement verbal and mental abuse/harassment than try to help you improve or create a pathway for you to be successful. It is very understandable for a supervisor to be upset with someone underneath them if they make a stupid mistake, especially if it is repeated. But to be consistently in a bad mood and not be able to have the right communication skills in any case is what this company takes pride in doing. You will not only be yelled at in public in front of your colleagues but you will have to beg and plead for PTO. You will be told about a ~3% raise every year and be lucky if you get 1%. There is a select group of people who will ALWAYS get a 3% raise and a 10% bonus. But never those who put in work. PPE will be given to you three months (no exaggeration) after you have started doing work. Waste management is not only poor but negatively affects the workers health. Analysts learn to “deal with it”, but no job is worth shaving off 20 years of your life because the company won’t clean them selves up. Extremely high turnover rate. When i started 75% of my department was there for less than 6 months. I really hope if someone is still using this website to look for work that they choose not to. I did not do my due diligence before starting and I wish i did. Please save your social life, mental health, and family life and do not work here

Pros

Learn and gain skills for the job quickly. Now that Cipla has taken control of the company, there is a shift towards proper conduct.

Cons

Crazy amounts of work. Training is beneath poor, you only gain skills because of the amazing employees there. Management is corrupt and needs to take ethics more seriously. The mess left by the previous CEO will take a lot of work to clean up.

Pros

Decent pay Decent benefits Decent worklife balance

Cons

Poor leadership across all levels. Executives and Managers claim to care about employees and work culture but in reality only care about reaching production goals even at the sacrafice of employee morale and their mental health. Leaders scream, belittle, and point fingers at one another and only listen and collaborate with those in higher positions of power - bonus points if you're Indian. It's a company based in India with the 95% of their leaders working as expats with little to no US experience. The executives in India take turn sending their friends on expat assignments not caring about their qualifications. There are anywhere from 5-10 open employee relation cases monthly - majority are cases against leaders because they don't know how to talk to people. Don't expect to grow or advance unless you know someone, share a similar ethnic background, or are ready to submit to any and all of their demands.
