Pros

A fair amount of autonomy, but things are changing now that the entire NY HR Dept is gone. Keep in mind when reading reviews, these are Cipla India based and Invagen is an entirely different animal.

Cons

You can't trust anyone. Cultural collides are a daily and ongoing struggle that no one wants to address. Weak supervision and zero accountability for certain races/positions. It is who you know! Whatever you do, don't speak up! Do what you are told without question or you will be targeted. This is not a place for healthy discussions about improving processes. They will pretend that it is... watch your back closely.
