Pros

Guaranteed full time and advancement if you put in hard work it’s an easy peasy laid back type of job and i learned everything i needed to know fast

Cons

Co workers always calling off leaving the store short handed and assistants not wanting to fulfill their position. Co workers feel they don’t have to listen to leads because we aren’t managers

Pros

Customers, customers, customers, customers and vacation.

Cons

No sick pay, no matter how long you’ve worked for them. Been with the company for 4+ years full-time and because I’m not a manager I don’t get any sick time. Not enough staff to do all that is expected for their BS customer journey audits! LOW, LOW, LOW starting wage! Wal-mart starts out at $11 an hour. Why would anybody want to work at Circle K for minimum wage? That’s more than assistant managers make! Old, outdated equipment! Kitchens that can’t be staffed because again...why work at Circle K for minimum wage?
