Love the shift , love the customers , great people to work with

Manager not fair to everyone , caters to just one employee, no team spirit, no employee morale

Pros

They continue to provide good things for the staffbit nothing for managers.

Cons

Too much work for one person. They take away assistant in a whim leaving the manager to struggle then blame the manager for not "hiring" fast enough when you are already shot when the pull the assistant. Upper management doesn't care. The pay sucks, haven't gotten a raise in 1.5 years due to me transferring stores. Staff that don't care about their job. Plus if your short staff and you have to cover all they tell you is well welcome to the life of a manager. Working 45-60 hrs a week and being paid for 40.

Pros

My co workers were great and I loved being able to connect with the customers on a personal level to a point where I knew what time they would stop in amd eveb their coffee.

Cons

I found doing the dips to check the gas levels to be incredibly diffucult especially in the winter under a couple feel of snow amd having it be expected to be a one man job.
