Pay is super low, even for the convenience store industry. Employees are always being given more shift duties, but corporate will never increase staffing to meet needs, so if you work at a busy store, you will never meet expectations. Upper level management doesn't care about employees or customers - all they care about are profits. Things are constantly in need of repair because Circle K does everything the cheapest way possible. When you order something and it doesn't come in (due to Circle K's corporate error) you are blamed for the decrease in sales.

8 hours of standing. No breaks when by yourself bathroom break is non existent. No raises no encouragement. Crappy management. They use you then move on to use someone else. RUN It's not worth it.
